Shelley R. Clutter Appointed to Chief Information Officer

RW Smith is pleased to announce that Shelley R. Clutter will serve as our Chief Information Officer. Ms. Clutter is charged with overseeing the company’s technology strategy to ensure RW Smiths’ technology assets are maximized and applied in sound and innovative ways to help drive greater business value for clients. Ms. Clutter will also continue to support RW Smith’s research and innovation process across all areas of the business.

Ms. Clutter has been pivotal to many new and important developments at RW Smith during her 24-year career with the firm. In her most recent position of Communications Officer she implemented more efficient networking and hardware solutions for all of the branch offices and upgraded the home office technology center. In her senior role in Operations she played a significant role in designing, testing, and implementing the back office support and reporting system. As well, she managed an essential and seamless conversion project that took the company from a 22-year history of self-clearing to fully-disclosed outsourced comparisons and clearing.
